•At least 5 - 8 years in IT with banking background with at least 2-4 years on project management role.
•Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
•Knowledge and ability to apply quality control techniques
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic an advantage
•Strong influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills
•Ability to manage and coach teams
•Ability to build partnerships and interact with all levels
•Strong planning, analytical and time management skills
•Strong experience in team building and leadership skills in a service culture, are required
•Excellent person to person communication skills
