•Ability to write Technical /Functional Specifications is essential.
•Proven project documentation expertise is required
•Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
•Written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in incident management and resolution Experience in managing software releases and configuration management
•Excellent person to person communication skills
