Our client is a dynamic lettings, property management, sales and investment company whose success and growth since they opened eight years ago is built on their values of honesty, clarity, positivity and innovation. They are now recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join their Operations Team based in Longbridge, Birmingham.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for co-coordinating all marketing activities for the business and coordinating responses to customer complaints.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Manage the relationships with SEO and PPC suppliers and agree strategy.
Manage the social media presence of the business.
Organise all print and traditional advertising with the use of external creative design agencies.
Manage online reviews, preparing and carrying out strategies to increase positive reviews.
Internal communications.
Co-ordinate responses to customer complaints and working with all departments to in order to reduce complaints.
Travel to branches in other University Cities to work with Branch Managers on marketing projects.
The successful candidate will:
Have a degree in marketing or similar qualification.
Have an understanding of a wide range of marketing areas and customer service.
Previous experience of working in an office environment.
Be creative whilst also being well organised with excellent attention to detail.
Be self-motivated and a strong team player.
Determined to work hard to achieve results whilst thriving in a fun-loving team.
