Raised in a strict household, self-discipline was second nature to this overachiever. Having a proper routine through the day enabled him to make the most of his time. As is consequential of a busy academic schedule, Sailesh had limited resources to pursue his passions. He nevertheless took special interest in music and sports, braving the sole condition by his father that it should not impact his education.
