Manage service delivery for Insurance Business Finance at GFC as per the agreed service level metrics & key performance indicators
Drive transformations projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Build team capabilities to continuously enhance service delivery
Build strong relationships with all the in-country stake-partners for an ongoing positive engagement
Establish governance structure for ongoing performance management and evaluation of the service delivery via setting up service management boards
Establish governance for ongoing demand management
Focus on continuous business process improvement initiatives. Drive improvement in service quality to ensure the culture of first time right, every time
Identify and drive automation, technology improvement initiatives to help streamline the operations and improve the process efficiency
