Driving the Handmade cigar business regionally - sales and marketing.
Managing and developing liaison between the organization and active & new property(s) such as 5 star deluxe hotel / fine dine restaurants/ bar & lounges/ clubs & banquets/ Wedding Planners / EMCs in the assigned areas of Delhi.
Identifying prospective clients in given territory/ generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent business relationship & ensure profitability.
Follow up proposals / selections / quotations
Maintaining associations with FNB managers/Directors and Purchase managers for the HORECA channel
Establishing contacts with Corp orates/Weddings Planners/ Event managers mainly through cold calls/emails/meetings for cigar related event proposals/promotions
Handling banqueting/events activities at hotels Maintaining a list of events at the hotels and pitching for cigar placements at such events
Handling and targeting existing/new cigar customers in a given region
Following up on pending orders & outstanding payments.
Ensuring timely placements and delivery to property.
Maintaining and updating the database on regular basis.
Regular service visits at the active outlets.
Reviewing brand performance and competitor analysis.
Cigar dinners planning and deliverance
