Designation- Sale Travel Consultant (DOMESTIC CUSTOMER HANDLING & SELLING COMPLETE TOUR PACKAGE’S)(Fresher)

Should have good knowledge Domestic destinations especially North & South
Should have excellent communication skills
Reservations
Amendments
Hotel confirmation
Web confirmation E-mails
Adding Special request
Marketing Scheme and Assistance
Taking payment by Electronic payment gate way
Handling calls and resolving passenger’s queries regarding booking confirmation, change in travel plans re-issues, tour rates and cancellations, seats , wheel chair and meal request.
Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business.
Improve visibility of the product and update information on destination.
Guiding clients on destinations and making arrangements for transportations, hotel accommodations, car rentals.
Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues.
Provide regular and effective timely updates to agents through regular visits, tele-calling & emails..

Meals: No
Salary- 7K -12K (For Sales No bar for right candidate)
Education: 12th pass , Undergraduate and Graduate (Minimum)(Travel Diploma holder prefence)
Experience- 0-6 Month , Fresher can also apply
