Automatic Milk Vending Machine - 300 / 500 Ltrs. - Delhi

This machine is made from Stainless Steel to facilitate hygienic way of dispensing loose milk, refrigerated tank for maintaining the

temperature at 4 deg C.

Features:

1. Electronic Puch button operated control panel with separate button for dispensing 250 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml .
2. Optional buttons are available on request for bulk sale of 2000 ml and 4000 ml.
3. Top-Up facility Button in control panel.
4. Charger with battery is also provided for uninterrupted power supply for vending milk up to 3 hours.
5. Optional Heater and water tank for CIP.
6. SS Door with locking arrangement.
7. The body is placed on 4 Nos wheels for easy movement.
8. Top Door Sealing Facility.
9. The Speed of Vending in 250 ml in 4 sec approx / 500 ml in 9 sec approx / 1000 ml in 18 sec approx.
10. The Vending systems will allows chilled pasteurized milk for retailing of the milk, which will be received by vending system

through Road Milk Tanker directly to the top of milk tank of the vending machine.
11. The milk will be maintained at 4 deg C and will be dispensed into the container of the customer from the faucet having single

delivery of the machine.
12.This will be a simple and practical design with less maintenance and will be cleaned manually as Bulk Milk Cooler open type are

cleaned.
13. The machine will have control panel for with push button for dispensing the pre-programmed quantity of milk.
14. The Milk tank will be equipped with SS Agitator so that in case of un-homogenized milk is dispensed it will mix the fat evenly

in the tank and moreover will provide even cooling through agitation.
