Vardhman Mahavir Medical College was established in November, 2001 by the Government of India.Vardhman Mahavir Medical College is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University New Delhi.This College has established itself as a prominent medical institution in India.This College building was dedicated to the Nation by the Vice President Sh. M. Hamid Ansari on 20th Nov. 2007 in the presence of Honourable Health Minister Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss.The first batch of MBBS students was admitted in this College in February, 2002.And Post-graduate courses (MD/MS) in clinical subjects were running at Safdarjung Hospital even before the establishment of Vardhman Mahavir Medical College.this is the Part of Safdarjung Hospital The (MD/MS) course in Pre and Para clinical subjects were started in year 2011 and now the seats of MD/MS have been increased.This College also is running super specialization in Mch/DM.

There is One hundred and fifty (150) seats available in this College for admission to the graduate medical course MBBS.
Duration of this course is 4 ½ years followed by one year compulsory rotatory Internship.

2nd Professional - 3rd, 4th and 5th Semester
