Kindly settle my matters - Delhi

I have written enough letters to the Management of this leading group but they are complacent and have not evoked any response to my case.Hence the need of launching this article in the form of a letter which i had written to this group for some solace earning. I believe this website will focus my grievance and get the much needed relief for me. Kindly publish this artice.

This is Srikanth Canchi here. I have left your organisation in 2001 and am yet to recieve my full and final settlement.I was forcibly terminated by Opp and Arun Gaur.I had met you in 2001 in Industry House and you had even sent a letter to OPP conveying to him that Mr Opp should send a copy of my termination letter to you as an reference. I am still in the waiting for some justice to be rendered to me.My father passed away due to the mental shocks because of the mental agony inflicted on me By Mr OPP and Arun Gaur.I am a Brahmin hailing from the Kanchi Mutt and my mother, s curse will definitely inflict bad happenings for both Opp and Arun Gaur and to those persons who are sheltering them and supporting them of their malpractises.This is one side of the story.

What is really happening to the Cement division.Mr Opp seems to have lost his mental control and Ultratech is being run as a banana republic.Definitely your corporate ratings are down and the reason may be attributed to the wrong OPP style of functioning.Its high time he resigns morally rather than being kicked out by concerned authorities.Definitely Mr Opp has the support of some ABMCL directors and without their support and lobbying Mr Opp is a big zero.Mr Opp has got his own henchmen in reigning the controls of Cement Division.He lacks communication skills and hence may be the reason not appearing in press and media.I am sure he will cut a sorry figure.

Of late a lot many talented and excellent communication skilled persons such as Deepika Pandita, Raj Balakrishnan, Raghunath Iyengar and Parthasarathy has left or has been terminated. Something is fishy in the working of Cement division and you have to kindly intervene in the working if not there will be a serious consequence.You have to deeply introspect and find solutions otherwise situation may go berserk.Mr Wadhwa has also been terminated of late because of a female involvement in his team.If Mr Wadhwa is terminated Mr Shashank Awasthi also needs to be terminated.Mr Awasthi, who is a Jt Executive President and a staunch supporter of OPP is linked with a female by the name Payal Babbar, who is in fact Mr Awasthis assistant.Hence logically Mr Awasthi also needs to be terminated with respect to the rules and regulations laid down by BMC.Check out this affair with any staff of Marketing Services and they will confirm the fact that Mrs Payal was throughout the working hours seen with Mr Awasthi in his cabin.Here let me also add that Mr Arun Gaur who had an affair with Mrs Roopali Sunder should be no exception and he was also close to Mr OPP.Hence, Why this partiality.Mr Misra, just think about the ordeal all the above terminated persons have to face with their family.Hence if you cannot terminate Mr Gaur and Mr Awasthi then do after wise thinking reinstate all the above persons terminated by the Ultratech Management within the last six months to a year.

The fight against corruption is on and these days you are aware all guilty and wrong doers are being exposed and getting arrested.Bless God, there is no scam In ABG but if a scam explodes, just think about the consequences.I am sure Mr Misra, you are not a party to the above forgone conclusions.If involved it is always better to resign gracefully and forward your papers.There are rumours in the corporate that you hold wealth disproportionate to your income.
