case of api sharing with developer and programmer this fees is to be
paid.
• Support/Recurring Fee/ Month: INR 30,000 or 0.05 paise per
transaction which ever is more This can be adjusted & negotiated upon
depending on your marketing/sales plans for next 1-3 years

• Any recurring hosting charges for the application
• Rollouts of enhancements & future upgrades/releases to the product
• Dedicated support Team available on Phone/Email
• Onsite: User Training of your team
