Seat Leasing – this service enables you to start your business/operations as soon as possible. The concept of this service is like renting our work space or a call center station. This type of service does not require big investment. Here are the following details for Seat Leasing:
Price is $150 per agent, per month
Working at least eight (8) hours a day, Mondays to Fridays
It includes fully-loaded workstations using Microsoft Windows – with cubicles, computers with accessories like mouse, keyboard and headset
High-speed fiber optic internet connection (90mbps)
Guaranteed 98.5% network availability or up-time
On-site technical support
Widescreen LCD Monitor
Vicidial daily reporting
Professional office air conditioning system
Conference rooms, drinking water stations free of use
Biometrics security and surveillance camera system for recording and remote access
Electricity, internet connection and water is included in the price of $150
It does not include the agent salary and VOIP charges or call charges (incoming and outgoing calls)
You will be responsible for sourcing the agents
You will be the one managing the agents
Hourly Management – this service would also enable you to start your business/operations as soon as possible. The main difference with this service vs Seat Leasing is that you’ll be billed hourly, and not monthly. Here are the following details for Hourly Management:
Price is $3.95 per agent, per hour
Minimum is at least 5 agents for the rate of $3.95
Working at least eight (8) hours a day, Mondays to Fridays
LCI Solutions Cebu, Inc will be the one hiring and managing the agents
It includes fully-loaded workstations using Microsoft Windows – with cubicles, computers with accessories like mouse, keyboard and headset
High-speed fiber optic internet connection (90mbps)
Guaranteed 98.5% network availability or up-time

LCI Solutions Cebu, Inc will also provide the following:
Full-management for Accounting/Payroll for the agents
ATM or Salary Debit Cards will be processed
Government remittances as stated by Philippine law
HR Services such as staffing, recruitment, rules and regulations implementation
Classroom training will be provided to newbies and experienced agents
Reporting on agent performance for monitoring and evaluation
1 meal per agent, per shift for 22 days
It does not include VOIP charges or call charges (incoming and outgoing calls)
Note:

In summary, you start either with $150 per agent, per month or pay $3.95 per hour, per agent. You can multiply that rate based on how many agents you want to have. That's the cost you need to prepare. We would only require an advance payment based on the headcount of the agent.
We can recruit the agents for you (free HR/Recruitment Services valid this September 30, 2014 only)
