Show World Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for self-motivated individuals those are willing, and ready to learn and grow within the organization. We are filling entry-level sales and marketing positions. With our direct form of marketing, we are looking for sharp, motivated, and career-oriented individuals that have great customer service skills. This job involves one on one sales interaction with customers. Candidates must be confident and capable of meeting and speaking with our customers face to face.

We train EVERYONE in our company from the ground up; this ensures the people above have the knowledge and experience in sales and marketing to help others grow.

Starting at entry-level, a candidate is trained in the fundamentals of direct marketing and face to face sales presentations. Successful trainees will then participate in a Manager Development program, where the fundamentals of business, leadership, and entrepreneurship are taught, and mentoring provided.

Our growth is based on our results. As a sales executive, your role is to sell as many Membership cards or Web solution services as possible. As such, you have a very important part to play in company's success.

Your typical activities will include:

Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Visiting potential customers for new business.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends
You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
