Job Description:
•Responsible for leading the sales department, for revenue production of the services, and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for services registration and average daily rate (ADR). Manages all areas of sales according to Brand standards to achieve a professional rapport within the local business community.
•Actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and following up on leads to book specific business. Sales central focus is in sales and the development of his sales team.
•Meets or exceeds daily job responsibilities.
•Forecasts occupancy fluctuations and directs selling activities to maximize revenues.
•Knows the business demand segments, sources of business for each, and balances market segments according to supply and demand.
•Knows the principal competition for each market segment and takes advantage of company's business strength.
•Personally demonstrates a commitment to client service by responding and arranging meetings.
•Develops/assists with development of the sales & marketing and aggressive sales plan for acquiring targeted clients.
•Identifies and maintains constant communications with the qualified clients
•Actively sells services through marketing evangelism, outside sales calls, telemarketing and other needed skills.
•Uses the resources available in the Brand manual to surface, call on, and track potential business.
•Responsible for Business Development, Acquisition of Clients, Understanding Client's Needs & Providing Best Services, and Responsible for Establishing plans, strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area, Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

•Ensures effective (timely, accurate and thorough) reporting to the TOP MANAGEMENT for the business units on all key metrics Lead, and participate in creation of business cum technology related processes and ensure that the processes are effectively rolled out, adhered to, and adapted where necessary
•Develop the corporate brand strategy Build referral and lead generation network
•A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
•Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, telecommuting.
