Description:
• Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
• ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies;
• Devising and maintaining office systems;
• invoicing;
• Maintain close supervision on the daily functions of the staff, ensuring productivity and checking the quality of the output.
• Ensure the maintenance of a working environment that yields productivity and furnishes essential office supplies.
• maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration among the workers in the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate should have good communication, soft skills, organizing skills in admin profile.
• Able to manage multiple priorities & Perform under pressure
• Managing entire office, co-coordinating with staffs, assisting in work of staff
• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of all office policies and procedures
•Manage and order supplies within the budget guidelines of the organization.
• Responsible for encouraging the growth and assisting in the evaluation process of the staff
• Responsible for the scheduling of office in a timely manner to ensure appropriate coverage to assist staff and daily operation of organization
Skills and specifications:
• an ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions between volunteers and staff.
• Effective managerial skills, Understanding, influencing and serving others are important attributes in this position.
• the ability to select, develop and motivate people and create a positive work and volunteer environment.
• the ability to resolve problems quickly and effective and determining appropriate courses of action, which are then reported to the Executive Director.
• must display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficult situations in proper prospective.
• must be flexible and have well developed interpersonal skills.
• must excel in personal interactions with the staff and volunteers at all levels of the organization.
