Commercial Pilot License Training Course Step - Delhi

1. Complete the Private Pilot License (PPL) training course.
2. Pass a Class 3 medical test with an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME).
3. Obtain at least 40 hours in total flight time, including 20 hours of dual instruction and 10 hours of solo flight as part of the PPL requirements.
4. Pass an aptitude test approved by Transport Canada to demonstrate knowledge and experience related to commercial piloting operations and procedures such as navigation, performance management, meteorology and air regulations; or alternately successfully complete an recognized aviation school program beyond private pilot license level that includes ground training for relevant topics to commercial operations rules and regulations established by Transport Canada .
5. Obtain a minimum 25 additional hours in multi-engine aircrafts including 12hrs on complex single engine's performances/ systems while meeting other necessary licensing requirements regarding minimumshours flown per phase: 5 hrs cross country flying as pilot in command 5 hrs instrument procedure under operational conditions 5 hrs night flying with 10 take offs & landings 15 hrs commercial vehicle air safety 6 Aerobatic maneuvers during daylight 6 supervised circuits 7 Precautionary / Emergency Approaches 8 radio communication exercises 9 forced landing approaches 9 simulated one engine out approach 4 wheel landing practice
6. Take written exams set by TC on Air Regulations, Aircraft General Knowledge Equipment Instruments Theory Maps Charts Meteorology Radio Navigation Operations Flight Performance Human Factors
