We are hiring "Retail Sales Officer/ Executive “for our retail store.

Job Responsibility
Greet customers and show them the products
Explain about the products
Clarify their doubts
Suggest other products based on their requirement
Help them choose the right products
Send them away with a great customer experience
Cross-sell products
Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Ensure that the showroom sales target as well as assigned individual target is met.
Keep an inventory check of the products.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Ensure that all reporting (written and verbal) are submitted to Showroom Manager as per defined timeline and formats.
Responsible for handling customer complaint and resolution at the shop floor level.
Will be responsible for billing & preparing sales order for smooth processing of customer orders
