Candidates should be fluent in speaking English.
· Prior Experience in International Call Center /Collections /Sales process /Marketing would be preferable.
· International client communication exposure will be an added advantage.
· Candidate should have 1 to 2 years of experience in tele-calling domain
· Good communication skills (written / oral) with additional language exposure (preferably English & Hindi) at least to communicate with contact person and get the details.
· Experience in outbound calling is preferred.
· Exposure to web search in B2B market would be desirable.
· Experience in working of MS-office (Word, excel).
