The apartment is located in Sector 93, Greater Noida. The apartment complex is called Parsvnath Prestige and is directly on the Greater Noida Expressway. Next to Parsvnath Prestige is Omaxe’s The Forest apartments, then there is Eldeco and ATS greens. There are about five to six full apartment complexes all bunched up together in Sector 93.
This apartment is a penthouse apartment (top Floor) on the 8th Floor of one of eight blocks of apartments. This block of apartment is furthest away from the highway so there is no view of the highway neither is there any sounds of cars on the highway. It has a terrace above it which is the same size in area as the apartment and I have exclusive rights to the terrace since I purchased this right with the apartment. So right now access to the terrace is through a staircase which I have locked with my lock on the door to the terrace so no one else can access it. They are not supposed to.
My apartment is 1783 square feet in total area. It has one living cum dining room, one kitchen with balcony, three bedrooms each with access to a balcony and three bathrooms with toilets. The main bedroom bathroom/toilet has a bathtub. The others have normal bathrooms. There is internet connectivity available in each bedroom. There is electricity and water supply already connected. There is piped gas from a pipeline coming to the apartment so there is no need for having a tank of gas. The floor is marble tiles right throughout except for the main bedroom which has a wooden floor. Light fixtures are already in place but there are no ceiling fans yet installed.
There are two elevators going to each floor. There is a basement in which I have paid for a parking lot for the car so my car parking is underground. My parking lot is the best location as it is closest to the elevator which goes down to the basement as well.

My apartment complex is a gated with 24 hour security round the clock. You need to have a pass to get inside the compound. My apartment has an intercom that can call to the Security at the main gate as well as to any other apartment as well as to the Clubhouse and Maintenance dept. Within the complex there are vegetable and fruit shops for fresh food. Also, there is take away/order services available for fast foods within a 1km perimeter.
There is a Clubhouse for all apartment owners with Billiards Room, Squash Room, Gym with exercise machines and threadmills, Sauna, Steam bath and Jacuzzi, Card Room and toilets separate for males and females. There is an outside swimming pool (very large) outside the Clubhouse. There are three tennis courts for lawn tennis. There is an outside auditorium for live performances within the complex. From my living room I have a view of the swimming pool down below.
My apartment was bought for its specific location and alignment with Northeast and the Sun rise in the morning for best vaastu shastra effects. The apartment is facing north and east so it gets the morning sun and breeze from the northeast. The harsh evening sun is not directed into my apartment.
However from my terrace above the 8th floor I have full access and view to the rising and setting sun.
